SOLUTIONS / STEEL JOB WORK

Your steel.
Your process.
One connected trail.

Our first project focuses on steel job-work service businesses: shearing, cut-to-length (CTL), finish changes and PVC application. The ERP follows customer-owned material from inward receipt to dispatch.

01 / SHEARING

Cut to the job.
Keep the source.

Bring the customer batch, source dimensions and required cut sizes into the job instruction. Link the resulting sheet lots, usable balance and scrap back to the material received.

  • Source grade, thickness, width and length
  • Required sizes, quantities and cutting instructions
  • Output lots, actual weights and balance material
02 / CUT-TO-LENGTH

From coil
to identified sheets.

Carry the inward coil identity into CTL planning. Record the required width, cut length and quantity, then retain the parent-to-output relationship for every resulting lot.

  • Parent coil / batch and customer ownership
  • Job allocation, cut length and planned quantity
  • Produced sheets, actual weight, scrap and remaining coil
03 / FINISH & PVC

The finish changes.
The identity stays.

Keep incoming finish separate from the required output finish. The first-project scope includes N4P, No. 8 and 2BP. Here, 2BP means PVC film applied to a 2B-finish surface.

  • Incoming finish → required finish / treatment
  • PVC application instructions, including the specified side
  • Finish observations, output identification and quality release

FROM INWARD TO DISPATCH

A batch record is more
than a stock balance.

01

Who owns it?

Customer ownership and parent material identity remain separate from company-owned stock.

02

What happened to it?

Each job step records its inputs, outputs, quality decisions and supporting instructions.

03

Where did it go?

Dispatch connects the released output lot with packed quantity, weight and movement documents.
